The DG-58 LSW Is Still The Preferred Choice

In Call of Duty: Warzone, players have been using warzone mobile top up to get a Battle Pass to participate in battles. It is common to see players using the DG-58 LSW in battles. The DG-58 LSW light machine gun in Call of Duty: Warzone has undergone several balance changes recently:

May 14th Patch
· Decreased neck, torso, arm, and hand damage multipliers from 1.1x to 1x, reducing its damage output to those areas.
· This nerf aimed to keep the DG-58 LSW in check as it had been dominating in multiplayer.

Season 3 Reloaded (Early May)
· Received a massive buff to its recoil, making it considerably more accurate with very little recoil to worry about.
· Damage values were buffed, allowing a 4-shot kill potential to the torso and arms for a very competitive 255ms time-to-kill.

However, the Season 3 Reloaded patch notes for Warzone specifically mention the following nerfs to the DG-58 LSW:
· Max Damage decreased to 30, down from 33.
· Near-Mid Damage reduced to 27, down from 30.
· Mid Damage reduced to 24, down from 28.

The DG-58 LSW is still considered one of the best long-range loadouts in Call of Duty: Warzone, even after recent nerfs and balance changes. The recommended long-range DG-58 LSW loadout across multiple sources is:
Muzzle: VT-7 Spiritfire Suppressor or Casus Brake
Barrel: WUDI Long Barrel
Optic: Corio Eagleseye 2.5x
Stock: Recoil Reduction Buttplate
Underbarrel: Bruen Heavy Support Grip

This loadout focuses on maximizing the DG-58 LSW’s accuracy, range, and recoil control for long-range engagements in Warzone. The key attachments like the WUDI Long Barrel, Recoil Reduction Buttplate, and Bruen Heavy Support Grip help tame the weapon’s recoil and improve its bullet velocity for consistent long-range performance.

So in summary, despite some nerfs, the DG-58 LSW with the above long-range loadout is still widely considered the #1 or one of the top long-range weapon choices in Call of Duty: Warzone as of the latest Season 4 update.
